Oh, look, it is actually Tuesday and I am posting this on the proper day. Go me. This is more of a general Doctor vid, Nine, Ten, and Eleven, with all of the companions. It basically is one of the saddest things I've seen though. It just makes me want to hug the poor man. He really has had some horrible things happen to him. Of course half of them are brought on by his own poor choices. The vid is by Liisakee.
I think I almost ship Eleven and Clara. The chemistry between Matt and Jenna when they were finally acting face to face was incredible. I didn't think I'd ever see him happy again, to be honest. I think I actually have hope that the series will redeem itself. Also, does anyone know where Matt and Clara/Oswin icons might be popping up? I only belong to one Eleventh Doctor comm and it doesn't do icons or stories. I need at least one good icon of these two.
I may or may not do a reaction post. Depends on whether I have a good pain day this week or not (torqued my knee). I think I need to watch it again, too. General impression was a good romp with a few hand wavy moments and a bit of DW revisionist history. I am looking forward to the rest of the season now and I really wasn't before watching this. They better not screw it up (SM, I'm looking at you.)
P.S. If anyone on my f-list reviewed this ep will you give me a link to it in the comments? I really don't want to try to page back that far on my friends list, but I put off reading them until I watched it and now I'd really like to see what everyone had to say.

DW and Torchwood Action Figures

I wish Tosh looked a little more like Tosh. My Gwen action figure totally looks like Gwen and Rose like Rose, but Tosh, not so much. Still I am very pleased to have her. Now she can go on adventures with Nine and Rose. *grins* I finally found an Eleven that I like. With Stetson. I can't tolerate Eleven in Ten's clothes or in the fez and the regular Eleven either came with the one in Ten's clothes or the police woman Amy or the TARDIS and I didn't want to get those since I already have a TARDIS and totally don't need her strippergram *ahem* I mean kissogram outfit. I wanted Amy in regular clothes. It's definitely cute, but it doesn't hold a candle to Karen Gillan's beauty. I am still annoyed that they have no Rory doll. They do have a Roman Auton, why could't it have been Rory? I still need Ianto. They never made Owen. *grumble grumble*

Vid Rec: She'll Never Be You

It's an Eleven/Rose vid with River, and it's basically having the Eleventh Doctor remember Rose and thinking that River will never be Rose. It's not in any way a bashing video, though, and it was very well done, made my heart strings tug a bit, you know? It's edited in such a way as to show Eleven having far more emotion than you usually see on him. The person did a great job with that. It's by eighttimesacharm.

It has Doctors Nine, Ten, and Eleven, Rose, and to a lesser degree, Donna, Amy, Martha, River and Rory. It's by lotrfan2888. And why is LJ still putting media at the start of something instead of where you try to insert it? *sighs* Guess I should be happy it would embed at all.
