Life Viewed Through an Amber Focus

I love this show so much. It is just a balm on my ship happy heart. I adore the Shannon family to pieces. They are such a wonderful, loving family, which is so nice to see on TV in this day and age. I ship Mark and Maddy, I ship Jim and Elizabeth, and I ship Josh and Skye. And Zoe is probably the most adorable child on television without being cloying or annoying. Plus, you know, pioneers and dinosaurs. *grins* And I wanted some icons for it, so made some very simple ones that I thought I'd share, though as far as I know, no one else on my f-list watches this show. The mid-season finale was incredible and yet if it were to get cancelled right here, there's only two strings dangling, and they are ones that could prove to be very interesting, but will not leave me crying foul if I never get to see more.

So I got bored with my journal layout.  Have been for a while and without mitashade around anymore to design me something new I went back to my old favorite that ramblinsuze made for me back when I was writing Zeppelins.  And I've missed Jonathon and Rose and the muse they seem to have drowned at the bottom of the ocean.  I figure if I look at them every day for a while, I might get that muse back again.  Plus I was really getting sick of that beige/yellow/gold color.  I am so much more a blue/purple type person.  I'm thinking about using a different default user pic but it's going to be hard for me to change from this one.  carly21 made it for me when I was going through a really bad time with my health to cheer me up and whenever I see it it always makes me smile.  Plus the sentiment behind her making me this gift was so sweet.  So maybe I'll keep it awhile longer.

I made a couple of simple icons of Michael and Fiona from Burn Notice just to have some and thought I'd share in case anyone else was interested.

I know I have some really grand icon makers on my f-list.  Is there someone who can make me a specific Dollhouse icon.  Pretty please?  I have the high quality pic and I know what I want it to say, but my photo editing software is not wanting to install on the new laptop.
