humansrsuperior did some gorgeous artwork of Ten/Rose, Amy Pond, Eleven, and Rory Williams and has kindly allowed me to make icons out of it.  If you use them please be sure to give credit for the original artwork to humansrsuperior  (most important) and to me amberfocus (less important) for the icon making.
