I will probably watch it tonight some time, but I did pick up on the main spoiler and I had already figured it out so I'm not particularly sure I even want to watch it at this point.  That thing that some of you were waiting for is up now.

And anyway, we are leaving in less than an hour to go pick up our new car, a 2011 Salsa Red Toyota Sienna mini-van with every bell and whistle you can think of.  I am much more excited to do that than to watch an episode of DW that seems to have raised the hackles of 90% of the RTD leaning/Moffat hating fandom.  *sighs*

Maybe tonight I will have some time to write.  It has been a crazy weekend.

Let's just say Zombie Friday did not go well tonight.  Zombie High was so, I don't know...take the worst part of the 80's, add in what eventually became two very good actresses who were too young and inexperienced to be good when this movie was filmed, and bore me to death in the first twelve minutes.  Yeah, I turned it off.  I'm not that mindless of a zombie myself tonight.

I am rewatching season one of Fringe.  At least the evening can be somewhat salvaged.

We may or may not buy a new car tomorrow.  It's going to be hard to give up the TARDIS if we do.  A red Sienna will be more comfortable and downright nicer than the little blue box we have now.  The Matrix just isn't big enough for our kids who insist on growing taller every year and wanting things like legroom.  The dealer said we could transfer our vanity plates to the Sienna, though I don't think the Sienna passes for anything TARDISY.

Well, I just sent ch. 5 of The Boundaries of Temptation off to Amy and Victoria to be beta'd, so that should be up some time tomorrow.  There will be a chapter six.  It just got too long to be a single chapter at over 5000 words, but it is almost done.  I'm just finishing up the smut.  There's a wee bit of smut in chapter five and then chapter six will have the main event.  It is nice to have my muse back.  The rest of the week will then be spent finishing this next chapter of Hunger Moon.  It's adventure heavy which seems to take quite a lot longer to write than relationship dialogue and smut.

As for my knee, I had an MRI on Friday and I won't know the results of it until Wednesday.  It is feeling better.  Still quite painful but I am off the Vicodin (hence the ability to focus and write again) and am taking only 800 mg of Ibuprofen now and I still ice it because that gives the best relief.  I still have to use the cane to go up and down stairs and to stand up and sit down or for walking for too long, but I don't have to use it in the house.  The swelling has gone way down.  It has locked into place a couple of times but it doesn't stay there for long, so my hope that it was a more temporary injury I don't think is going to be right.  Still, it's better.  I am continuing to take it easy and use a chair for cooking and for the most part I keep the leg up and elevated as much as possible.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has written in with their sympathetic comments.  I don't have the energy to answer them all.  I wish I did.  But I appreciate each and every single one.  You don't know how much it has all meant to me.  I will be getting to the comments on the last chapter of Temptation soon, though.

I've managed to catch a cold along with my kids this week.  So far it's not too bad, so I am trying to get lots of sleep before it becomes a full-fledged nasty something or other.  And taking vitamin C.  I don't care that they say it hasn't been proven to help.  It helps me and that's good enough for me.  Chris comes home Thursday, thank goodness!

Oh, and for those who were wondering, I did get new tires.  I was a bit miffed that since it was an all-wheel drive car I couldn't just buy two new tires, I had to buy all four.  Some kind of law about all the treads needing to be the same or something. *sighs*  Expensive!  But the brakes are fine.  The brake light was coming on because of the spare tire not being the same as the other tires.  They ran them through the diagnostic and nothing was wrong.  So now I just have to schedule an oil change and an alignment and then I can stop worrying about the car for a few months.  I hope.
