I Have a New Layout!

mitashade  made me a gorgeous new layout as a birthday present.  Isn't it loverly?  Though she's still fiddling with the side bar a bit, so if it goes all wonky, that's why.  Aside from Ten, Rose, and Nine from Doctor Who whom you all know, the characters in the header are Peter Bishop and Olivia Dunham from Fringe and Christopher Chance from Human Target, two of my new obsessions.  I doubt I'll ever write for Human Target as it doesn't have a female lead or romantic entanglements, but I've thought about tiptoeing into the Fringe fandom, because there is oodles of UST between the two main characters and that is always fun to play with.  Not sure yet.  I don't feel I have a good enough grasp on the characters yet to do them justice.  I'll try reading in the fandom for a while first, see how other people write them.  I still have way too many Doctor Who balls in the air at the moment, and it will forever remain my first love, never fear.  Oh, I'll be posting fic in a little bit, too.  The first chapter of Mita's Nine/Rose fic.  Speaking of UST...

Hi I'm a new reader and I just love your stories! I found the moments of darkness series on teaspoon and just kept reading. I have to say, I admire that you're one of those few authors that doesn't give up on fanfiction halfway through. I hate being swept up in stories and then finding out the author stopped at a climax and hadn't updated in a few years, but you're different. And not only do you finish your stories, the sequels are finished or being written as we speak. You've gotten yourself a new fan ^_^

Oh, my gosh, I hate that, too, sooooooo much. It's why I try very, very hard never to do it myself. Although there are one or two stories that have been lingering far longer than I like, I haven't given up on them. Moments in Darkness sure seems to have grabbed a lot of people lately and brought them over here. *smiles* I always say that if I ever leave the Who fandom it won't be with any open stories.

I love your new layout!! Fantastic!

I didn't give Human Target a try because I already have too much to watch but I will probably Netflix it. Was glad to see "John Scott" get his own show as he seemed to do well the little bit he was in on Fringe. I love Fringe, though I'm a Olivia/Phillip shipper and am the only writer of them in the fandom ::sighs::

Belated Happy Birthday! I'm terrible at that on LJ, just never gotten into the habit.

I'm looking forward to reading Immovable Object... I was looking for something Nine related since it's his birthday today, so it was perfect timing to see this fic.
