Is it more common for a man from the U.K. to be circumsized or uncircumsized as the cultural norm?  If it matters, he's from Scotland.  Yes, it's for Zeppelins.  Yes, it's for Jonathon.

Thanks. You're a love. I thought so, but wasn't sure. And it makes the most sense for Jonathon to have been formed that way. I didn't really like the idea of having him had that done as an adult, because really, Ten2 would have had to have if Jonathon was circumsized, wouldn't he of? Though I suppose the sonic screwdriver could have worked wonders and made it painless.

Uncut as others have said. Its only done here for medical and religious reasons and on the NHS only for medical reasons.

That makes sense, actually. I wonder, then...if he saw something that MIGHT have otherwise given him an erection (and oh dear God I can't believe I'm typing this), I wonder what would happen to that blood flow? And would it be uncomfortable? Would he even know it was happening?!?!?!

I have to think actors who appear nude on stage are pretty much going along those lines - "all part of the uniform". Plus, as I recall, you get extra pay for it, which I'm sure is nice. After you're over what is sure to be the initial embarrassment.

(I know the first time I worked on a show where actors were appearing nude, they were FAR more blase than I was about it. I was MORTIFIED. I also wasn't aware that they were nude until I happened to look on the stage, and there was a naked guy covered in baby powder standing there. Two weeks later, I was having a rational conversation while the stage manager was applying said baby powder to his...um...nether regions. Amazing what a person can get used to seeing, given enough time/exposure.)

He was pretty young when he did that play, about 24. His chest hair must have grown quite a bit since then. Mmmmmmmm.
