I have to think actors who appear nude on stage are pretty much going along those lines - "all part of the uniform". Plus, as I recall, you get extra pay for it, which I'm sure is nice. After you're over what is sure to be the initial embarrassment.
(I know the first time I worked on a show where actors were appearing nude, they were FAR more blase than I was about it. I was MORTIFIED. I also wasn't aware that they were nude until I happened to look on the stage, and there was a naked guy covered in baby powder standing there. Two weeks later, I was having a rational conversation while the stage manager was applying said baby powder to his...um...nether regions. Amazing what a person can get used to seeing, given enough time/exposure.)
