Is it more common for a man from the U.K. to be circumsized or uncircumsized as the cultural norm?  If it matters, he's from Scotland.  Yes, it's for Zeppelins.  Yes, it's for Jonathon.

Or, alternatively, Rose could walk in on Ten circumcizing Ten2, but from the angle (of course, Ten would have to be on his knees in front of Ten2), it would look like something else entirely.
