I voted for Ten's DNA being changed and him and Rose being able to have time babiez but when I read your last chapter I was thinking that it would be Rose's DNA that would change (from holding the time vortex inside of her) allowing them to have the TB's.

Well, I'm not particular on whose DNA changes, as long as someone's does.
