Stupid Question Time

How do I make a post stick to the top of my LJ?  I'm working on getting my Master Fic List together and would like it to stay at the top.  I'm sure it's ridiculously easy, but I'm ridiculously untechnical.

The way I've noticed is to give it a date in the future. That is, put a date on it so far in the future that it won't be superseded by your later posts.

you make an entry for a future date, I used dec 31, 2020 11:59 pm, and also back date it so it doesn't show up on your friends page and it doesn't effect any other entries to post after
