Sneaky peek for everyone else:
Rose is hardly moving now, just slipping him in and out of her an inch or two at a time, barely rocking her body as she succumbs to the pleasure of his touch. Her nipples harden under his fingers and she smiles as she sways above him. She is so beautiful like this, eyes closed, face a mask of bliss, full, pouting lips wet from her tongue, hair in wild disarray.
He drops one hand down to where they are joined, his thumb inveigling its way between her soft curls and seeking out her clit. She gasps in pleasure as he finds it, rocks firmly against him as he begins to circle it with sure and steady movements. He continues to play with her left nipple as he does so and it is only a minute more before her hot, inner walls clench tightly around his penis and her body shudders and sways above his. She whispers his name over and over again, whispers her love for him.

Date: 2009-02-17 04:11 am (UTC)I was a little worried about reading Zeppelins because of my own "Seed Pearls"; I was worried the concepts would be really similar and make me possessive. Having just caught up on Zeppelins, though, I can confidently say they're not. There are similarities--loss of memory, memories peeking through, instant attraction between Rose and Jonathon/John--but this is most definitely your own story, and it's great reading. Plus, you have Donna. What's not to love?

Date: 2009-02-17 04:26 am (UTC)I'm glad you are reading it now. Seed Pearls is a completely different world from this one. I think there have to be a few similarities from the set up alone wth memories and stuff and the Doctor and Rose will always be attracted no matter what universe or set up, but I've read yours and was very careful to stay away from anything that was really close to what you did. I understand being possessive over a fic, though. I'm that way, too when I see things that get too similar to something I've written.

Aside from the difference of Nine vs. Ten and the Doctor being the one with lost memories and a pasted-over life vs. Rose, the plots are completely different. I was just, I don't know, worried I'd find something that'd remind me too strongly of my own story. Part of that's because someone *did* totally rip off SP a while back, right down to the wording in several places. Part of it, too, is that SP is one of my favorite "kids." You get protective of your stories, y'know? Of course you do.
Anyway, all of that is to say, I'm reading and enjoying it now. I'll be watching for the new chapter!
