Chapter Twenty-seven: Two to Go
Rose had two weeks left in her pregnancy when they left Kranamar. They left with the knowledge that the damaged women were not all sterile. Ten percent of them would be able to bear more children. Although not the best news, it was still so much more than anyone had hoped for. Of the babies who had suffered the consequences of Harrington Conrad’s actions, sixteen had died out of just over 10,000. It wasn’t a bad outcome, though she did grieve for those they had lost.

Chapter Twenty-three: Where There's Life
“It’s going to have to be Dare,” said Kaylee as Andromeda walked in the door.
“It’s too dangerous right now,” insisted Cassiopeia.
“It’s the only way.” Kaylee dug her heels in stubbornly. “There isn’t anything else we can do. Mum’ll agree with me,” she said.
“Hardly a surprise there if I’m disagreeing with you.”

Chapter Fourteen: Old Friends, Old Memories
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen you in green before,” the Doctor said as Rose emerged from the bedroom in a diaphanous emerald green blouse that flowed about her slowly expanding mid-section. The tough trousers she wore were a paler green. “Except the bed on the TARDIS. The coverlet is green and it does look good against your skin.”

Chapter Twelve: Arrival at Sandoval
“We’ve arrived,” the Doctor said quietly catching Rose’s eyes across the console. She was curled up in the jump seat watching him with a steady, half-aroused look on her face. He didn’t know what had gotten into her. Well…he had, quite a bit lately actually, but anyway he liked it. He grinned at her and she smiled back in invitation.
“Honestly, Rose, we need to get checked in through customs first.”
“I didn’t say anything,” Rose said innocently.
“You looked it,” said the Doctor and she laughed.
