Fic Update--Prometheus

2,727 words later and they are still in their knickers.  Still standing beside the bed.  Not that it isn't getting hot in there, but honestly, are they ever going to strip off their clothes?  Are they aiming for a fifth chapter?  Get it together Nine and Rose.  It's time to get naked.

The Doctor held his hand out to Rose and she took it, rising to her feet on wobbly legs, the impression of his lips and tongue on her leg still tingling against her skin. His huge hands went to her stomach—how had she never noticed how impossibly big they were before?—sliding slowly up and onto her still-clad breasts. His fingers glided over the silk, gently cupping her and then kneading lightly. Her nipples rose up under his touch and he used his palms to rub little circles over the tightening buds. She arched towards him, her hair, long since a victim to his hands, trailed nearly to her waist as she threw back her head and exposed her neck.

You know, you always manage to put in these amazing details that just grab me and remind me that here I have an author who loves thee characters every bit at much as I do. (the clincher detail for me in this little teaser? the fact that her hair trailed nearly to her waist when she threw back her head)

I guess I woke up in the middle of the night just so I could read this and respond. LOL So, now that my mission is accomplished, I'll leave your fair journal and head back to dreamland.
