Fic Update and Brief Life Update

I'm hoping to have Guilt ch. 2 posted tonight.  I'm almost done with it, but I can't find the disc with The Christmas Invasion on it and I need it for the bit at the end for the dialog from the time Jackie gets a phone call about the "snow" and they go outside until the end of the eppy.  *pouts*  I know it's around here somewhere.  And I can't find that particular bit on youtube, only the part where he points at the stars and picks one out and does the whole "And it's gonna be...fantastic," bit.  But I need the rest of it for my little angst fest.

Meanwhile my happy fic where the Doctor (Nine) catches Rose singing about him is coming along.  It's a bit stubborn but I hope it'll be done this weekend.  It's just (at the moment) a one shot.  My Nine!Muse is still being quite obnoxiously quiet.  So is my fluff!muse in general (hence no Zeppelins for now).  And it's been a hellish week, especially the last couple of days.  My coping method, the ability to write fic to get out any negative emotions, has been severely compromised by events and lack of time.  I may or may not post about it later under f-lock.  Haven't decided yet.

The onset of SADS is not helping, but we did dig out my light box and I used that yesterday for several hours and it helped a little.  I need a few days of light therapy to stop feeling so discombobulated, though history shows I'll need to use it daily until spring when the days start getting longer again.  I think I'm going back to bed for a couple more hours since DH is up with T.  I didn't sleep as long or anywhere near as well as I'd have liked and I have to drive in two and a half hours.

I just need the dialog from the point where Jackie gets the phone call about the snow until the end of the eppy. I don't need to watch it. I've got the scene with music on it available to me, just not the words.

I don't know much about what's going on in your life at the moment but I just wanted to say I can relate to the escapism you find in fanfic. I went through a horrid time in my life about 5 years ago, sometimes I really thought I was losing my mind. The world of fanfic and just reading and writing in general kept me sane and allowed me to escape the real world for a precious short while.

Times did slowly get better for me and I really hope they will for you too. There are a lot of people in cyberland who think a lot of you, myself included, even though I've never met you.

Question: Where did you buy your light box? I had a nasty case of SADS last year when I first moved here from San Diego. Once the time changes, night falls very quickly here (almost like a switch) and it just played havoc with me last time. I want to be prepared this year.
