Legally what would a citation of public indecency or lewd behavior be called in Britain if a certain amorous couple did something in public that they perhaps should not be doing?

Except I don't do that. If it's a secret that something is happening, I don't mention it at all. And if it's something small like this, I'll say so so that people don't get their hopes up expecting some big elaborate thing, that's all.
