Yep A&E for the most part. Some hospitals, smaller ones, have minor injury A&E's. These take things like fractures, cuts requiring stitches and things like that but aren't equipped to take anything more than that. There is a minor injury A&E a couple of miles away from us which I have used a few times. (Three times for my son; broken foot (kicked a wall instead of the football), bead in ear (don't ask!) and stitches in his head (close encounter with a concrete post)...)
Either will do fine as they are both in prominant use, casualty is the older version, but A&E is becoming more popular. So it could depend really on who is saying it or if its written on a sign (signage would 99% be A&E now) larger hospitals offer 24 hr, smaller/rural tend to work limited hours eg 7.30am to 6pm ish
Do you realize the havoc you could bring on your flist should you ask about the British slang terms for various things? I mean, if you were sick and twisted, you could have a lot of fun with that....
