Six Days Old and a Few DW Thoughts

I won't be writing reaction posts for the last two episodes of DW, because honestly, neither one stirred me up enough to bother. I will say I thought Nightmare in Silver, while having a cool name, was kind of a mess. I didn't actively dislike it, but I had a few Borg flashbacks. Also, I expected more of Neil Gaiman. The Name of the Doctor I sort of liked parts of it. I didn't actively hate anything about it. It was bit scattered and I'm even more done with certain characters that keep reoccurring than I was during The Crimson Horror. I was left kind of wanting more from this episode. And I sort of do care about what comes next, though I'm not entirely sure why.

Ha, I might have seen maybe like five minutes of that episode (but on live tv, which only happened once before, I think, when I've seen about fifteen minutes of this year's Christmas special) and it seemed weird, even for Doctor Who.
And I'm saying that not having watched any of this series' episode...
My silent protest to Moffat and what he's done to the show. But I'm trying to catch up... in preparation for the 50th anniversary.

I am sure it's just my screen playing tricks on me, but it looked like that rabbit had a pig snout...
