Why is it so hard to write a wedding scene this time around? I've written five or six or quite possibly...ten weddings and I have never had so much trouble with it. I think I just want to skip ahead to the events surrounding the birth of Charlie, but dang it, I need to get through this chapter first. I really need to get over it because I will have to do a wedding for Pink Moon and I will have to do a wedding for Leap of Faith and eventually a wedding for A Sky Without Clouds (working title, book 3 of Zeppelin's verse way, way, waaaaaaay down the road) and some kind of private exchange of faithfulness for Ten and Rose towards the end of season 2 of Moments in Darkness. Maybe I'll have it pass in a haze and move on to the reception. The end goal of You're What? really isn't about the wedding, it's about the baby. Maybe I'm just overthinking things. Ugh. I guess I'll be like Scarlett O'Hara and think about it tomorrow.
