I am writing, but thought I'd do this on my break.

(1) Think of up to 20 ships you support.
(2) List them using descriptions of the characters involved rather than their names.
(3) Have your f-list guess as many of the ships as they can

Edited to add: Okay, 19 out of 20. You guys did pretty good. And #11 is Michael and Maria from Roswell, which no one guessed, at least not for #11, though Lilli thought they might be #8.

1. The only thing he has left is his ship. The only thing she’s left with is his clone. Still, that’s enough to build a life on.
John Chriton and Aeryn Sun, Farscape

2. She has the sweetest smile he’s ever seen. Sometimes he can be a real monster.
Willow and Oz, Buffy the Vampire Slayer

3. He’s a broken soldier who can never go home again. She has a wandering eye until he shows his interest, but always a loyal heart.
Doctor and Rose, Doctor Who

4. He doesn’t exist, except when he does. She can’t remember him, except in her dreams.
Peter and Olivia, Fringe

5. She stands too close to him and if they’re not careful, they’ll both get burned.
Ezra and Aria, Pretty Little Liars

6. Her love can be fatal. His is healing until it’s stolen.
Bo and Dyson, Lost Girl

7. She likes his siren song. He likes her whimsy.
Kenzi and Hale, Lost Girl

8. He's an alien prince. She's a waitress. When they kiss they see the universe.
Max and Liz, Roswell

9. She’s a suicidal blonde still dealing with the death of her sister. He’s the best kind of redneck.
Daryl and Andrea, The Walking Dead

10. He blows all of her fuses, but it’s still him she calls when she needs someone.
Zoe Hart and Wade Kinsella, Hart of Dixie

11. His powers are linked to his emotions and nothing makes him more emotional than her.

12. She plays his game. He moves the stars for her.
Jareth and Sarah, Labyrinth

13. Only one brief moment at dawn and dusk allows for a look at his/her lover’s face.
Navarre and Isabeau, Ladyhawke

14. She runs from her wedding. He waits for years.
Ross and Rachel, Friends

15. She wants to be his 21. All he can do is wait for her to grow up.
Jude and Tommy, Instant Star

16. She’s the queen B. He’s the loneliest of boys.
Dan and Blair, Gossip Girl

17. He’s brilliant with a side of OCD and Asperger’s. She’s the only thing to make sense in his ordered world.
Sheldon and Amy, The Big Bang Theory

18. She’s supposed to be his best friend’s girl, but she sails off into the sunset with him instead. Literally.
Joey and Pacey, Dawson's Creek

19. She’s a gypsy with an ulterior motive. He’s a smitten Briton.
Giles and Jenny, Buffy the Vampire Slayer

20. She learns to believe. He always has.
Scully and Mulder, X-Files

As soon as I took D2/R out of the question, I knew immediately that it was John/Aeryn.

Yes, I know they never will put S/P together, but then just keep Sheldon as is. And frankly, if Amy is in to anybody, it's Penny. (To a point where they're making it kinda skeevy. I love AFF, I do, but I've been very unhappy with the last two episodes representations of her, they're making her pathetic, and she should never be pathetic.

Wow, so that wasn't L/R? It REALLY sounded like them.

Eh, I didn't think you liked Blair/Chuck, but I couldn't see that fitting Dan. But yeah, I stopped watching the third season I think?

I used to like Blair and Chuck until...season 4, I think. I don't know, whenever it was he slept with Jenny. I didn't think that was something I could forgive. Last season Blair and Dan became good friends. And there's a hint of more, but I think it's unrequited on Blair's part, though she does feel some affection for him. I don't think the show will go there anytime soon, though, if ever. But ships don't have to be grounded in any form of reality, do they?

Yeah, I've sorta followed what's been happening (at least with the Blair part of it), but I never, ever liked Dan, so I don't think I would have been one of those to jump ship. I would have just got more and more disgusted with the show ... oh wait, that's what happened. So I stopped watching, LOL!

Question: You have a good idea of my ship types/shows, do you think I'd enjoy Hart of Dixie?

Hmm...I think it could go either way. I was kind of iffy after the first episode but each one has improved on the previous one since then so I'm glad I hung with it. There's one character, Lemon, that is kind of grating in the first few episodes, but they've rounded her out a bit more now so she's not a caricature. And the guy who annoyed the hell out of me in the first episode, Wade, turned out to have more of a heart of gold and I think he's pretty great now. If you like Rachel Bilson at all you will probably find it charming. Her character's got flaws but she is learning from her mistakes, which is nice to see.

I don't dislike Rachel Bilsen, but I've never gotten the love for her. So, sounds like I was right to not check this one out then. Thanks. :)
