What do you call these in the U.K.?



We call them buttermilk biscuits, but since your biscuits are what we call cookies I am guessing this is not the term used.

I'm American, but as I understand it, biscuits as we know them are not eaten in Britain. Which is a shame, if I may be allowed to editorialize.
