If he hasn't had an interview in a while, make sure he prepares and practices. Monster's got some excellent resources in its interview section, including articles, sample questions and even a virtual interview. For anyone who hasn't encountered behavioural questions, it's definitely useful to learn the logic behind these and what interviewers are looking for.
