amberfocusOkay, people, I am in a MOOD. It is mostly because I am in pain and the doctor has been on vacation and I have nothing stronger than Ibuprofen and Tylenol which I am alternating. He will be in tomorrow. My mother happens to have an appointment with him that she is giving to me if I can't get in on my own. I am hoping to have fluid removed from my knee, it's swollen ridiculously, and possibly a cortisone shot (which should tell you right there how bad it is, I hate those). It is so bad right now I did not go swimming today. And I'm using the cane again. You can imagine how this is darkening my mood considerably. So I'm in serious need of fluff. All ratings. Any version of Doctor/Rose. Send me your recs. Normally I'd write my way out of my mood, but I just did two hours of homework with my son (he missed school Monday) and I'm exhausted. So fluff me. Please. I'll take hurt/comfort that ends fluffily as well. Would not be adverse to someone writing me something either, but that's probably just being greedy.

“Not your fault.” Still hurts, though.
He gently strips off her sweatpants, revealing the swollen joint. “Get you something for that.”
“Doctor...” Silently, she asks him for something, anything, to make her feel less like the idiot she is. The idiot who lost her balance and tripped.
He pauses, concern in his blue eyes, then kneels beside the bed. Slowly, the dark head bends, and he presses a gentle kiss against her ankle. “All right?”
She smiles through the pain. “Yeah.”
