Fic Update and Exercise Update

Well...that was...smutty.  Yes, very.  But chapter three of Three Hour Tour is now safely off to beta.  I guess I no longer have to worry about my smut!muse being missing in action.  She has come back with a bang.  And how.  I will post it tomorrow if LJ ever fixes its cut thing.  I don't dare post that chapter without a cut!  I think I may have to wake up my husband after that chapter.  Hee.

Anywho, I swam 44 laps today!  I did 30 in 40 minutes, then went and sat in the hot tub for 15 minutes and then got back in the pool and swam another 14 laps.  And, this is the best part, you know how I thought I'd been swimming a quarter of a mile every 26 laps?  The first life guard told me wrong.  I looked at the chart and confirmed it with the good life guard (the nice college boy) and it's 1/4 of a mile every 26 lengths.  26 laps is 1/2 a mile.  Today I did just over 3/4 of a mile.  If I had done 8 more laps it would have been a mile!  I am so proud of myself!  Hee.

Tomorrow will be my last chance to swim until Tuesday as they are shutting down the whole athletic club for yearly maintenance.  We can go to the club branch downtown but they don't have a pool. *pouts*  I love my pool.  I want my pool. *sighs*

In other news, my headache was a lot better today.  Still not gone, though.  I go to the doctor on Friday.  I think it might be my blood pressure medicine or something no longer working.  (TMI coming up, but it won't LJ cut) I did drop off a urine sample on Tuesday just to rule out my kidneys doing anything and it's not that.  I've also been to the chiropractor Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon and this afternoon.  My neck is way out and it's not exactly staying in.  I will go again tomorrow, plus I am getting a massage so hopefully it'll get it all straightened out.  I just want the headache completely gone.

Something's wrong with the LJ cut? You'd thing with the Twitter/Facebook mess it wouldn't just up and decide to fail left and right at the moment.

Yes, I meant to do that. *giggles* I don't tend to pun on accident.

Well, John and Rose are sneaking closer and closer to it all the time, but why do you think I am writing this? To get some of the sexual tension out without rushing them too fast into the bedroom. Though I'm thinkiing it will definitely happen while they are in Cardiff.

yay for the smut, boo for the headache. had a migraine myself today so feeling pretty ick right now and just go back to bed again, not that I've actually been up long, lol

Glad the headache is getting better.

I'm on day two of a headache now...I may have to give in and take some pain relief tonight and hope that it doesn't rebound.
