Fic Rec

Found an interesting Nine/Rose fic today.  Nice writing style, very introspective, good banter, dealing with the early days so far, sort of missing scenes, fill in the gaps, or bits in between.  And I had to look up a word.  Any fic that makes me do that is rare. *grins*  It's four chapters with more to come.

Frangible. I had an idea and was right, but I'd not seen it before, so looked it up.

Ha! Guessed right. It was the only one unusual enough that I saw, that made me go 'that might be the stumper'. The last one that sent me to the dictionary (and this was a bit ago) was defenestration at which point I fell in love with the word as a really fun word to say and a really dramatic way to die.

Oh, gosh, I love defenestration, too. As a word, I mean. Don't think I'd appreciate being tossed out a window to my death, but I so love that they have a word for it!
