Umm...help?

The plotting part of my brain has gone completely dead. I mean completely. Anyone out there got some spare plots they care to part with? Something you've wanted to see me write that I haven't. (Not Tencest or OT3, please). I have a ficathon fic (Nine/Rose) I need to write and also the last birthday fic I intend to write for a very long time that still needs to be written. B'day fic ideas can be Nine, Ten, or Ten2. I usually have about 20 different ideas roaring around in my brain jostling for attention, but now...nothing.

I think I may be finished with the next chapter of HM on Sunday. I hope so. It seems *crosses fingers* to be going well.

Oh, and I see the surgeon on the 18th. I don't think I updated about that. We'll likely set the surgery date then. I really want to get it done this year. I'd like a functional knee by next spring.

Also, it's too early for snow. Do Not Want. I cannot wait to move to sea level.

Don't you have prompt posts somewhere back there? You can't possibly have done all of them! And besides, I think you're only halfway through Moments in Darkness.

Yeah, I have a couple, but they didn't work for me then and a quick perusal of them before I posted this didn't spark anything either. I was hoping, but no. Plus I've got a lot more f-listers recently who hopefully might pipe up. One lives in hope. Chris teases me about needing to go to Plots-R-Us when I get like this. I only wish it were real! Now I'm just hoping to get whacked by the plot fairy.

As for MiD, if I start writing Pride now, I'll never finish Hunger Moon. And I want to finish it.

Maybe by while doing an internet search, the TARDIS short circuts and a plot generator ends up fused... randomly churning out stuff and evil overlords that appear around the ship.

I would love to see a story where Rose somehow meets up with one or more of the previous incarnations of the Doctor and possibly his companions as well.

I am curious as to how she would react to a different Doctor considering her reactions in cannon to his regeneration and not regeneration.

I'll try to think of more ideas. :)

Oh and I meant to add...Either Nine is with her during this or she gets back to him in the end. You can do it however you like. But I didn't mean to imply Nine or Ten wasn't there.

I've always wondered what would've happened if Sarah Jane had met Nine while he was traveling with Rose. As much as Ten had trouble being tactful enough to address Sarah Jane's hurt feelings, how much more might Nine have blundered about and made things worse? Also, might Rose have been more sympathetic to Sarah Jane initially than she was in "School Reunion," if they had met at a time when Rose was more insecure about the stability and permanence of her relationship with the Doctor? And if she was watching Nine be not exactly gentle about addressing SJ's feelings of abandonment?

And, er, this is silly (and probably impossible to write), but I'd kill for a crossover with "King Ralph." *g* I caught the end of that recently and was dying laughing at how it ended with "Jackie" married to the former king of England, with the knowledge that their child would be the next king of England. I got a kick out of imagining Nine's reaction had he encountered such an AU world (or simply had a nightmare) in which Jackie Tyler was going to be the queen mum with her kid on the throne. Imagine Jackie Tyler going off on a rant aimed at some world leader who had annoyed her!

Oh, also...

Early S1, Jackie gives Nine grief about the sleeping arrangements on the TARDIS, demanding to see for herself how far apart their rooms are. In the process, she sees the inside of the TARDIS and learns that he rarely sleeps, which leads to a brief reference to him having a different anatomy than humans. This leads to her uttering the awesome, "What else does he have two of?" line to Nine's face. *g*

Rose is wandering in the Tardis and discovers an item or special place of the doctor's that reveals something about his family. Weather she confronts him afterword or not is up to you. :)

The Doctor (as many versions as you wish) and their companions get trapped on an abandoned space ship heading towards an unknown destination sans TARDIS. Will the companions work together or will the Doctors end up killing each other.

Martha, Rose and Donna are looking at pictures of the Doctor's past incarnations.

Martha: This one is his...(looks at back of photo) third incarnation.
Rose: (admiringly) Nice outfit!
Martha: And this one is his...sixth incarnation.
Donna: (smirks) Nice outfit!

And they rate each Doctor on a scale of 1-10, and Ten gets peeved to find out that Five or Eight is ranked higher than he is... ;D (Mind you, they're only saying that to puncture his ego!)

One idea I'd love to see realised is:

The Ninth Doctor had the habit of calling human's stupid apes - what if he said it one time to many and Rose took it to heart and started thinking she wasn't good enough to travel with the Doctor - the Doctor realises his blunder and makes it all better :)
