So This is an Update

My aunt finally died a week and a half later after being giving two days to live.  She died yesterday morning.  The funeral is scheduled for Saturday.

Duane's funeral was postponed from today until Monday because two of his great grandchildren are away on vacation with their dad right now and couldn't be reached.  It'll be a closed casket because of that.  The best if buried by date is being pushed to the max there.  On the bright side I didn't have to go to a funeral today.  But I get to go to two over the course of 3 days.  Sighs.  People in my family can stop dying now, please?  Okay, thanks.

Also my summer cold is walking pneumonia.  This is the second time I've had that blasted thing this year. *grumbles*

I am writing, just not with any sort of consistency.

My mind is very scattered so I'm not really able to focus on any one thing for very long, but this is how I've spent my writing week. 
I have written:

  693 words on the next chapter of A Sky Without Zeppelins
1003 words on the next chapter of You're What?
1627 words on The Boundaries of Temptation in the Crossing Boundaries series
2000 words on the Hearts in Time Summer Adventure ficathon fic - prompt:  Elephant in the TARDIS
Nothing yet on the Time in Flux ficathon fic, but I'm thinking about it - rewrite of Aliens of London with sexxin
beta'd ch. 4 of Victoria's Eight and Rose story:  http://jeprdyfrndly.livejournal.com/3487.html  It's so good and adventury.  Go read and give her all your lovely comments.  She's had a hell of a week with the bridal salon losing her wedding gown for 2 days.  They did find it though.

Oh, hon, I'm so sorry to hear not only that both of them passed away but that you've got that darn walking pneumonia again. :( *hugs you tightly* Sometimes you just can't figure out why life just piles stuff on like that. :( Take care of yourself as best you can and hopefully things will be settling down soon! *more hugs* ♥♥♥

Death so massively sucks for those left living! As to the illness I HIGHLY recommend the pmonia vaccine. You are obviously susceptibe to it and trust me you don't want to do damage to your lungs like I did messing around and not taking care of myself the two times I got it. It's been 15 yrs now and I am still paying for that mistake. I carry two sets of inhalers with me at all times because of the risk of running into the random person wearing perfume/calone/deoderant who will set off the asthma I am now saddled with because of my stupidity. *huggles* feel better soon! My condolances prayers for all of your family.

Walking pneumonia again? I'm sure your doctor is up on top of things, but sounds like there may be an underlying illness that keeps kicking colds and flu into pneumonia for you (some rheumatological and autoimmune stuff does that). I have had good success getting a pneumonia vaccine every few years now, to at least stave off the viral kind, since I'm very susceptible; you may want to ask about that when you get your flu shot this autumn, as that's the time to do it.

Things are so tough for you right now, aren't they? I do hope that once the funerals are out of the way that things pick up for you. You deserve some happy times. I'm not surprised your health is suffering - the stress wont help. Get some YOU time, not easy I know.
