Found a lovely fic on Teaspoon tonight called Kissing Complete Strangers and Clinging on for Life by Queen of the Castle: http://www.whofic.com/viewstory.php?sid=37797. It's Nine/Rose, but it's post-Doomsday pre-JE Rose and pre-Rose Nine. Wonderful, fun, fluffy, sweet, sarcastic, and spot on with the characterization. Rated Teen. Go, read, be happy.
