Chapter Thirty-seven: Honey to the BeeRose was not best pleased. When the Doctor had mentioned fetching some extra honey and the extracurricular activities they might use it for, she had in no way imagined this. They were hiding in a cave, the sonic screwdriver setting up a resonance frequency that disabled the natural navigation systems of the bees outside and repelled them away from their refuge.
She was pretty much covered in the sweet, sticky substance they’d come for while he on the other hand remained almost entirely free of the mess as per usual. And that was after running full-pelt with an open bucket of the stuff in the hand that hadn’t been holding hers. Life was decidedly unfair she thought as she gave him a harsh look.
