amberfocus: (Nine Kissing Rose)

Someone made a video to my favorite TROCK song "I Kissed Rose Tyler."  That's Time Lord Rock to the uninitiated.  It's so sweet.

It's not as good of singing as Chameleon Circuit does and it's not even as good a video as the one below for Blink, but I like it because it's just lovely Nine/Rose moments, with some good bits of Ten, though my favorite bit is the Jack reaction shot.  And of course the words.  What shipper couldn't adore those words?

If you're interested in more TROCK songs Chameleon Circuit has 3 songs up on their myspace page that are professional quality,  Exteriminate Regenerate, All That Running, and Count the Shadows.  You can listen for free:

Oh my gosh. I had no idea such a thing existed. I mean this is crazy. I have listened to and might own some Wizard Rock but this is a whole new level...not quite sure how I feel but I think I like it.

Well... *laughing* Sorry, "I Kissed Rose Tyler" just made me laugh. Chavvy lipstick? *snicker*

I like "Rose" by Geoff Smith better. A tad more subtle in the lyrics, perhaps (to make it palatable to non-Doctor Who fans), but WE know what he's talking about:

Chameleon Circuit isn't too bad, though (Exterminate, Regenerate is pretty catchy). I'll probably buy their album when it comes out, just to be supportive to fellow over-the-top DW fans. :)

I'm not particularly into that ukelele sound, but "the taste of her chavvy chapstick" had me loling. As did the visual that went with "Captain Jack won't mind it."
