Summary:  He already knows what she wants.

 

Rose traces her fingers down the Doctor’s face, over the paper thin eyelids that flutter under her touch. Over the prominent nose that gives him so much character, the sharp, high cheekbones that chisel his features, and down to lips surprisingly soft for a man who often speaks with such sharpness. He sucks her fingers into his mouth and when she gasps at the sudden movement, the realization that he’s awake, his eyes gleam wickedly up at her. He releases her fingers and an equally wicked grin crosses his face. He doesn’t ask her what she wants. He already knows.
