Fic Update

So I will be posting birthday present smut!fic tomorrow morning, in case, you know, you thought you were never going to see anything else from me ever again.  I also have an icepack on my hand because I pushed a bit too hard to get it done on time.  Still, it was worth it.  It's sweet at first, then a bit cracky, then downright hot.  Oh, and it's Ten/Rose.  Yeah, I seem to be in a Ten/Rose mindframe lately.  Which is making it a bit hard to write Nine/Rose smut.

Though I am working on Wiggie's auction fic.  It's 7800 words so far and I owe her 15,000.  I had about 3700 of that done before I hurt my hand lest you think I'm pushing too hard.   Oh, and my one handed typing is getting faster and faster, but I am typing about 500 words a day with both hands.  Shame on me.  I should rest it more but I'm not.  Wiggie's fic is driving me.  It's Nine/Rose with Jack.  Part adventure and part smut because I simply can't write 15,000 words of straight smut, no matter how much I think Wiggiemomsi would enjoy it.  Chissel and Catyuy, I will write your fics after I finish Wiggie's.

I think I'll not write at all tomorrow and let my hand rest.  I need to be careful not to screw it up, but I don't think it's as bad as the doctor said it was.  Still hurts but I don't know that he was right about the ligaments.  I'm leaning more towards just a nasty sprain.

Hey, thanks for all the comments on my last few entries.  They've cheered me immensely.  I'm not answering much because my hand is so tired after typing as much as I am.  I will answer story comments though.

Please trust your doctor. It would be horrible if you hurt your hand worse, and couldn't type for even longer. It's nice that you are writing, but please don't injure yourself. What would your characters think if you hurt yourself over them? Don't answer that, just think about it. Good night.

Too much of a good thing CAN be too much of a good thing, that's true! Don't want you to reinjure your hand; please rest a lot!

rest, or you will make your hand worse.it might not feel that bad, but the doctors tend to know what they're talking about.

trust me on that. I kept walking on my ankle when I was supposed to rest it, and six years later I've ended up bedbound with a very uncertain future. Please, please, please be careful
