One of These Things...

...is not like the other. One of these things just doesn't belong. Can you guess which thing is not like the other, before I finish this song? Or something like that. Honestly it's been a while since I've watched children's shows with annoying songs on them. (No, walking through the room while T's watching his crush Miley Cyrus on Hannah Montana warble does not count as me watching. Counts as annoying though, but I digress). Anyway the things:
April 2nd
Spring
Daffodils
Snow
3 freaking inches of snow. And it's still coming down. And snow at this time of year always leads to flooding when it has a rapid melt off. It was so nice yesterday! It was the first day the kids could go outside and play. I want summer. Now. Okay? Thanks.

Date: 2009-04-07 03:30 pm (UTC)Abe is a short-haired marmalade and white whirling dervish...never sets foot on the ground if he can accomplish his task by climbing the furniture or curtains, or in one particularly memorable incident, the wallpaper! He also thinks I am something to climb, the numerous scars and scratches I possess from my ankles to my shoulders attest to that. Oh, and he sings along to music...his fave at the moment is Kings Of Leon...
Twinkle, on the other hand, is a sensitive long-haired black and white bundle of cuteness and adoration...with a particular penchant for diving on Abe at every possible occasion, and from every vantage point. He seems to think his rightful place is sitting on my shoulder - usualy deciding that from the top of the fridge *grins*.
Seperately, they are adorable, but together...together they rule me! I am nothing to them but something that needs to be woken at every possible occasion, made to feed them by the application of the piteous yowls and big sad eyes. I don't own my cats...they own ME!
And I adore them...most of the time LOL

I've always had at least 2 cats my whole life, but the last 3 years I've lived with my dad and his wife, who is deathly allergic, so... not cats for me. I think I'm going through withdrawal. I want a kitten so much. :(
And yours sound perfect to me. I love devilish little kittens that climb up your back. Its... endearing. :P
