Happiness Meme Day 2

amberfocusSeveral little things have made me happy today.
1. My kids think I make the best homemade turkey pot pies in the universe. Even better than Marie Calendar's. Since I made the filling without a recipe (leftover turkey, gravy, peas and carrots) and it's only my second time ever making pie crust (first time was my pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving), I was thrilled. Ramekins make great individual pot pie dishes.
2. After nine days away from writing Zeppelins I feel refreshed on that story again and have started really writing the next chapter, as opposed to just plottinb bits of it. And Hunger Moon is still writing smoothly. It makes me happy with thevoices in my head muses not only don't argue with each other, but take turns.
3. The last of the snow in my yard has melted.
