You're What? is Finished

The story is finished and off to beta. Finally. One more twist and one more turn and the satisfaction of completing something I never thought it would take four years to write. But its' done. Done, done, done, done, done! Now maybe...no more writer's block please?

I've posted about my birthday but haven't really updated about my family. Honestly? There's been so much that's bad that I just couldn't talk about it. I figured nobody wants to read about such bummer stuff in detail anyway, so I guess I've just sort of shut down and pretended a bit that it wasn't happening. :S I'll update about them as soon as things have settled enough that it's not so overwhelming to talk about and will hopefully have some more hopeful stuff to say. Everybody's still here, at least, it's just been really hard. I thought my mom was going to end up back in the hospital the other day, just from the sheer stress of everything, but she made it. It's just been day-by-day, you know?

Anyway, thanks so much for asking. It really helps to know that people care and the prayers are the only thing that are keeping us going these days. *hugs* ♥♥♥
