1. Who was your FIRST prom date?
I went to senior prom with a boy named Aaron that I had known since third grade. He was very sweet and romantic. (I had planned to go to junior prom but didn't want to go with either of the boys who asked me as I had just broken up with my boyfriend).

2. Do you still talk to your FIRST love?
No. He moved away in the third grade and I never saw him again.

3. What was your FIRST alcoholic drink?
A wine cooler that Chris gave me a few months before I turned 21. I thought it was awful. I had champagne ten days before I turned 21 at my best friend's 21st birthday. I didn't like it either. Turns out I don't like any alcohol.

4. What was your FIRST job?
Picking strawberries on a berry farm when I was four with my mom and sisters. I made $30 that first summer, which was a lot for my age. I bought a Snoopy wrist watch with it.

5. What was your FIRST car?
A green 1976 Chevy Nova. It was my parent's car and they gave it to me in 1988 when I graduated from high school.

6. Who was the FIRST person to text you today?
I haven't been texted yet today, too early. Likely it will be Chris when he arrives at work.

8. Who was your FIRST grade teacher, tell us about them?
Mrs. M. She was an atheist, which was a big deal back then. She didn't allow us to talk about religion in class at all and she got mad if we wore necklaces with crosses on them or any other religious symbols. She was very intolerant and pushed her own belief system hard. I remember she wouldn't let one kid use the bathroom during class because she'd worn a cross necklace to class and the child ended up wetting her pants in class. She ended up being dismissed. It was my first experience with religious persecution and I swore when I grew up that even if I didn't agree with other people's faiths I would never deride them or make fun of them for it. And to be fair, I've never met another atheist like her.

9. Where did you go on your FIRST airplane ride?
I can't remember which one was first, but it was either to San Francisco to visit my sister or to Colorado for LIFE, a district wide youth conference.

10. Who was your FIRST best friend & do you still talk?
Leann. We're still in touch on facebook, but we don't really talk.

11. Where was your FIRST sleep over?
I don't remember. Probably with Leann in 2nd grade.

13. Whose wedding were you in the FIRST time?
My sister Ellen. I was a bridesmaid and I was nine. I wore a full length, long-sleeved light blue gown with white polkadots.

14. What was the FIRST thing you did this morning?
Coughed up a lung and then ate breakfast.

15. What was the FIRST concert you ever went to?
Dillard and Anderson, but that was in a church. My first real concert was Weird Al Yankovich. Chris dragged me to it.

16. FIRST tattoo?
Don't have any. Don't want any.

17. FIRST piercing?
My ears. I was fourteen.

18. FIRST foreign country you went to?
Canada

19. FIRST movie you remember seeing?
The Empire Strikes Back.

20. When was your FIRST detention?
Never had one.

22. Who was your FIRST roommate?
My sister Julie.

23. If you had one wish. What would it be?
To be healthy.

24. What is something you would learn if you had the chance?
I would learn to play another instrument.

25. Did you marry the FIRST person to ask for your hand in marriage?
No, I didn't. Nor the second. Third time was the charm.

26. What was the first sport that you were involved in?
Soccer

27. What were the first lessons you ever took?
Swimming lessons.

28. What is the first thing you do when you get home?
Take off my shoes, hang up my coat and put my purse away in its spot so I can find it all again when I need to go out again.

29. Who do you think will be the next person to post this?
Someone bored enough to do it?

Wow, your first grade teacher was AWFUL! Those poor kids, poor you. I'm glad she was fired.

And you said no to the first two people who proposed to you? Wow! You are interesting person. :D

Yeah, she was horrible. She never should have been allowed around kids.

As for the proposals, I was only 16 the first time and 18 the second (boyfriend was going into the air force and was afraid we'd break up if we were apart, not a good enough reason to get married!). They may have been ready to be that serious, but I was not.

Very cool meme! I always love reading the answers to things like this, very interesting. :D Though I'm sorry you're still coughing up a lung, that's always miserable. :( Hope you'll be feeling much better ASAP. *hugs* ♥♥♥
