Baby!Badger Sighting

So I recently started a rewatch of The X-Files and I just got to episode 1X12, Fire, guest starring none other than Mark Sheppard, proving that all roads really do lead to Badger. Although, I guess this is technically pre-Badger, since it was pre-Firefly. He's so young! And gorgeous!

IKR? He's taking over sci-fi television in particular, one show at a time. Forget Kevin Bacon, you could so play six degrees of Mark Sheppard.

He really does. shinyopals did a graph once that I think was supposed to be how all roads lead to David Tennant and Mark Sheppard was on five or six of those roads, so I'm pretty sure it could be played with him alone.

That's the first thing I remember seeing him in (yay for my X-Files obsession back in the day) and he's just been popping up everywhere ever since. :D

I didn't actually remember him from that. I barely even remembered the episode. All I remembered was the scene from the hotel, as I haven't watched that one since it aired. He really is everywhere.

Wow, I didn't know you were a Firefly fan! I just got into that series, and I absolutely love it (It's Whedon so that should have been a given, lol). I swear though, it feels like I see him in every show. White Collar. Leverage. Supernatural. I used to find it annoying, but now I think it's kind of endearing.

Yeah, I watched Firefly right from the start and I adored it. I always look forward to seeing Badger pop up now and was thrilled when he was on DW. It did seem he was overused for a while, but when I realized just how different every character he plays is, I found it didn't matter because he's an amazing actor. You forget after the initial squeel of "Badger!"

*grin* I am suddenly reminded of a DW fanfic I read ages and ages ago (not sure who wrote it, actually) in which Ten and Rose settle in to watch every X-Files episode, in order - Ten apparently is totally a fanboy! :-)
