12 hours a day, 6 days a week for nine months, plus promo- sounds exhausting to me. Also don't forget its not filmed in DT's home town, so often he's whizzing back up to London (approx 160 miles) for a day to do promo, go home etc. And of course, he's in nearly every scene, so exhausting - def!
Don't get me wrong, I'm gutted for Who that he's going, but at this time in his career, its a brilliant move. I'll miss him terribly and I'm not sure how on Earth they are going to replace him- but then thats Moffett's problem not mine!
It has been suggested that he knew what Moffett wanted to do with the Doctor and that he disagreed- I'm not buying that one, I just think he knows if he stayed for Moffett's era, he might never leave.
River Song?!?! I could never believe that one and I'm hoping this has now died a death (as they say).
