Well what ever you DON'T be stupid like I was and ignore it. Trust me on this starting your every morning coffing so much you somtime puke is no way to live! I did a lot of lung damage with that royally brainless move and am still paying for it now years later. Would wish that on anyone short of the Master or Lucifer himself. Take extra good care of yourself and don't push yourself use the next 12 wisely by getting lots of rest before you have to go back to 'single' mom status. *HUGS*
