Finished It!

I finished Repercussions! I finished Repercussions! *does happy dance* I never ever, ever thought I'd see this day. But it's done and it's in the mod queue waiting, so maybe it'll be up tomorrow. I will be posting the whole thing over here after I'm done posting A Place in Time. Not in the original 55 chapter format, though. I'm going to break it into larger sections, because the chapters were usually less than 1000 words, some closer to 600 or 700 because of the format of the story, which was meant to keep the intensity really high. It's only slightly over 37,000 words total, so even though it's my longest running story with the most chapters it is by far not the longest by word count. Oh, and if you are curious, Repercussions is the story of Alt!Ten and Alt!Rose from A Place in Time.
So now, that leaves Of the Vortex Born, Hunger Moon, Moments in Darkness, and Andromeda Rising as works in progress. Nice to have it down from five to four. Don't know why HM is still kicking my butt right now. I'm working on it, though.
DH has applied for specialized license plates for the new car. We're trying for TARDISY, because the car is blue and feels a bit bigger on the inside than the outside, so we call it TARDISY all the time. Second choice is TARDIS 1. TARDIS is taken. So is DR WHO. Like no kidding. Could have guessed that! We were going to do R TARDIS, like Our TARDIS, but Rose pointed out that kids her age would read it as Retardis and she doesn't want to get teased. Yeah, that sounds like the sixth grade to me. I like TARDISY best anyway because I like made up words like that.
Soccer went well today. The kids had games at the same time so my mom went to watch Tobias' game and I went to watch Rose's. Rose's team was in for the team cup playoffs. Next week are the finals. I want to see her games most because this is her last year playing soccer. Next year at jr. high she'll be playing Volleyball during soccer season, which is in the fall at that level. It's a little disappointing to me since she's played soccer since she was five, but she enjoyes volleyball more and it's indoors and out of the rain and muck, and I do like watching it, too, and it's her choice, so what I want doesn't matter there. I've always said they can choose the sports they want to play, except T-ball, because it's for their enjoyment more than mine. But after one T-ball season I swore I'd never, ever sit through one again. They take forever and are so boring! No action at all. Now they're too old for T-ball anyway. But T would rather play U9 spring soccer than baseball anyway and Rose said she'd wait to play softball until jr. high because then she could come home on the sports bus and we wouldn't have to drive a really long way for practices. Which I hate doing.
Not sure if I'll actually get another chapter of Change up tonight or not. I think I may just veg out tonight and get back to it tomorrow once I've gotten some more sleep under my belt.
