I was all ready to say "Ask and ye shall receive", but then I tried to take a picture. *pouts* My camera refused to cooperate.
I can describe it though. It's a small star sapphire in a white gold band. There are four prongs, almost perfectly lined up with the points in the star. It's a tall prong setting - the band of the ring twists under the stone to create the cradle that holds the stone (the two prongs that are part of the "right" branch of the band hold the left side of the stone, and vice versa). It's a very simple, very pretty ring.
If I'm feeling ambitious tomorrow I'll try again to take a picture of it - or at least poke around online a bit more to find a picture of the setting.
