It's been months since I've read Who!fic, and I'm glad I came back to it by starting with yours. This was adorable and captured everything I loved about the Rose/Doctor relationship, both as friends and possible romantic interests. Their banter and the way Rose could never seem to get the words out to how she felt about the Doctor because they always devolved into anacoluthic sentences. And the Doctor with is emotional retardedness, lol.
I especially liked the notation that the Doctor probably kept licking everything in his tenth incarnation become the last thing Nine did was kiss Rose and he was looking for the taste again. I'd never thought of that before, and I think it'll become my new head canon cos it explains SO much.
