I don't know. It's not that hard. If my kids misbehaved when they were small and it was out of the pool, we're going home. And I followed through every time. It took three times for them to get it that pool rules were to be followed at all times if they wanted to swim. Since then I've never had problems with them at the pool. Anyone can do it, it just requires follow through. I guess some people just don't know how to say no to their children,.
