1. I dream a lot of them, I brainstorm with my DH when I get blocked, and some just come fully formed from out of the ether. Sometimes I won't know where I'm going until I sit down and start writing and then it just takes off and flows out of my fingertips.
2. I have a nearly perfect photographic memory with about a 90% retention rate. I also tend to outline most of my stories so I know where I'm going with almost all of them. I don't alway keep on top of them, though. Sometimes I'll let one or two go for quite some time because I get blocked on them or the muse is busy elsewhere.
3. When I'm done with Hunger Moon I'm going to write the next Time Eternal story before I write Chaste Moon. And Guilt will have Ten. And hopefully I'll get unblocked on my in progress Ten story soon, too. It's being difficult.
4. Well, I don't work full-time, just ten hours/week. My kids are both in school full time and even when they're not they aren't clingy, they'll be out and about playing. I don't really watch television much, certainly never live (commercials waste time), and that frees up a lot of time, too. Honestly, I only spend about two or three hours a day writing most days. It tends to come out fast and easily.
