*grin* Well, we did one for our honeymoon and loved it, and my hubby promised we'd do one for our 5th anniversary. But I was pregnant then, and it's not much fun going on a cruise when you have 24 hour morning sickness. So I'm still waiting for my promised cruise!
Why don't you want to take the kids? Cruises today have all sorts of fun activities for kids - they'd probably love it!
