Yeah, it has made Jackie a much more mature person and she thinks that at nearly 22 it's high time Rose did have a relationship. She recognizes in the little she knows about Jonathon that he has a secure and well-paying job, a stable lifestyle, and that he'll be able to "take care" of Rose. This is a far cry from how Nine must have appeared to the other Jackie.
Oh, don't worry. I have plans for Rose's living situation but she won't live with him for at least six months. And the roommate she ends up with will be a lot of fun. *grins*
