What a Marathon

Well, I took a shovel to my inbox and finally answered all of the reviews that have gone without answers for far too long. You don't even want to know how many pages full my inbox was. If I've somehow missed answering your review in the some 300 odd reviews I've answered in the last three days, I'm sorry. I think I've got them all but there's no way of knowing anymore.
Now, my writing to do list so I don't forget.
1. Finish ch. 29 of Hunger Moon
2. Writethree two one drabbles for Support Stacie incentives
3. Write two birthday fics
4. Write auction fic
5. Continue to work on HM
Meanwhile, Chris flew back to work last night so he's gone for the next two weeks and I'm doing all the homeschooling on my own. On the days T cooperates we get everything done in three hours. On the days he doesn't I rue the day I became a mother. This week he's cooperating. I pray to God that continues. I should get some writing in tomorrow while Rose is at her hip hop dance class and T is at his grandma's house in the afternoon. Oh, T had his first jazz/hip hop dance class of the school year yesterday. He had a blast. I forgot to ask him if there were any other boys this year. Last year there were two.
When Chris gets back from Alaska he'll be home for three days and then the two of us are taking off for California and leaving the kids with my mom for the week. It'll be (a couple weeks late) to celebrate the 19th anniversary of our first date. *grins* We are going to Disneyland without the kids. I feel no guilt as we took them in February. And we are meeting up with
amyo67on the 6th while we are there. It's going to be so fun.
I also found out today that Chris is only having three weeks off at Christmas instead of four. That is such a relief. They won't be shutting down for as long as they thought. I didn't fancy going four weeks without an income. Three weeks will tap savings hard but is doable. Four weeks had us considering cancelling our vacation and using that money for January instead. I think I'm going to raise our monthly savings deposit by a couple hundred dollars. I don't want to get surprised again next year if there is a long turnover shutdown.
