Phantoms--Reaction Post--Zombie Fridays

When I was in college I went through a John Saul phase.  He's a horror writer for those who didn't know.  I read him pretty exclusively for about six months...the time it took me to realize that all of his books were basically the same book.  Change the name of the child in jeopardy and the name of the small town, slightly alter the unseen terror, and there you go.  Another best seller.  I never got into Stephen King.  I've read one of his books, The Stand, and that was only after seeing the mini-series.  Dean Koontz I've never read at all, but Friday night I watched a movie based on one of his books.

Fic Update

Chapter 30 of Leap of Faith has been sent to beta.  I might be able to post it later tonight if LJ stops being a pain in the butt long enough.  It keeps logging me out every time I go to post.  It is massively irritating.  But anyway, the chapter is done, which is a total relief for me.

lunawho has written a long awaited sequel to The Planets Bend Between Us, her first Doctor Who/Fringe crossover fic, taking place in both Pete's World and the proper Fringe universe.  This one is called Ghost in the Machine.  It is extremely good.  If you've got the least interest in Fringe I suggest you run, not walk, over there right now.
