Vid Rec

So I was wandering through Bex19's vids over on youtube last night and this one just grabbed me really hard.  I think I watched it at least ten times.  It's very dark.  It's a Ten/Rose/Ten2 triangle and the clips she's chosen...well, I recognize them all and the way she's put them together out of context to make her own context of this reality is just really powerful.  I'd never heard this version of the song before either and it really adds to the darkness and emotional pain and jealousy going on.  Perky disco pop it is not (but oh, my gosh, I did not realize what all the words to this song were until listening to this version and...meep) .  There are a couple of clips in it from SDofaCG and at least one brief flash of nudity, so mind the kiddies if you watch it.

Little Jack's Corner

Hey, everyone, I was wondering how those fanfics were coming along for little Jack, the boy who lost his legs and has been confined to a wheelchair?  I've received one (fantastic) preliminary sketch so far, but no fics or any updates on how the fics are coming along.  I know people are busy during the summer, but I don't want the ball being dropped on this.  If you all could let me know how things are going?  I'm crossposting this to liljacks_corner, so if you could update me on the post there that would be great.  Also, not everyone who volunteered joined the comm or put it on their watch lists, so if you pimped for this before, would you mind just putting a brief note up so that those people might see it and go on over there?  Thanks so much, my wonder f-list.
