Fic Update

I did get rather inspired by all the lovely Nine/Rose fic people wrote for me last night and today.  It is so appreciated by the way.  I may be miserable and sick but it lifted my spirits.  And I managed to finish chapter 22 of Zeppelins which I just shipped off to Amy to beta.  It doesn't advance the plot at all, I'm afraid.  Jonathon and Rose just were a bit...incorrigible.  But the chapter ends with them on their way to Illuminate and the plot, and the adventure will pick up again in ch. 23.  Meanwhile, here's a teaser:

Fic Update

A Sky Without Zeppelins: Chapter Twenty-Two

                                                                        Chapter Twenty-Two

Rose sits, a bit uncomfortably really, at the kitchen table chopping vegetables. She shifts about trying to find a way of resting that doesn’t bother her so much. It isn’t helping that Jonathon keeps shooting her little smirks about her obvious discomfort. He’s pleased with himself, is still quite proud of how she’d walked crookedly out of the bathroom earlier, and even though she should be annoyed she can’t really bring herself to be. Not after that shower and his rather ingenious use of the massaging shower head feature.
