I didn't really like the erasure of the Doctor from dalek memories. He survived standoffs with them because of the intimidation factor, they feared him, and then all that history just gone.
I have the same feelings about everything else, especially the Ponds' storyline. They had five chances to set it up in Pond Life, but they wasted it.
